The View

Start your own window cleaning business.

You have been thinking about this for a while now.

Maybe for months. You have watched the videos, you have read the threads, and you have worked out roughly what a squeegee costs. What you have not found is anyone who will tell you what to actually do on Monday morning.

It goes to my inbox, not a sales team. I read them myself and I reply within a few days.

The research loop

You have been researching for months and you know more than you did. You also know that none of it has turned into a single paid job yet. Research feels like progress right up until the moment you notice it is not.

The franchise trap

The franchises will take you seriously. They will also typically take $20,000 to $33,000, a percentage of everything you earn afterwards, and the right to call the business yours.

The YouTube dead end

I make videos too, so I am not going to pretend they are worthless. But a video answers the question you thought to ask. It does not tell you what your insurance needs to say, or what to charge the second customer when the first one mentions you to a neighbour.

Justin Orloff, arms crossed, standing confident by the water after a day's work

I cleaned my first window in Melbourne in 1999. I had no plan and I took the work because it was there. Something clicked on that first pane and I have not stopped since.

Twenty five years later I still clean windows in Vienna most weeks. That is either stubbornness or love, and I have decided it is love.

This is not a course. This is a launch.

A course ends when the videos do. The View ends when you have a business that works. You register, get insured, set your prices, and get equipped, and I guide you through each step. And you have somewhere to find your first customers.

I am not selling you information. Information is free and you already have too much of it.

What's inside

Ten things. Here is what each one is actually for.

The Orloffs CRM pipeline, from new enquiry to rebooked job

A backend system, ready to run

CRM for tracking your leads and customers. Invoicing and expenses. Budgeting tables formatted to implement your goals. Content calendar, email templates, daily operations dashboard, and reports. I built this for my own business over twenty five years. No fluff, no extra options you never use.

The Orloffs.at website, the model your own site is built from

A website, ready to go live

A professional website deployed in your name, for your location. SEO-optimized content already on it. Converting blog posts to get you started. Legal pages done. Not a template you have to figure out.

The Orloffs.at blog, the guide library that brings in local search traffic

Marketing and visibility setup

Competitor analysis for your local market. Google My Business setup directions. An SEO checklist. A social media content machine with scheduling. The things most people spend a year figuring out, already done.

The full training system

All five steps, start to finish. The Manifesto, the AR trainer, the Mastery Course, certification, and the Clear View Creator. This is the same system I use to train the people who work for me.

The AR trainer on a phone, showing the squeegee on a real window

The AR trainer

You point your phone at a real window and it shows you where the squeegee goes. You build the muscle memory before you are standing in someone's living room.

The Orloff certificate of completion for the five-step training

Professional certification

Something to show a customer who asks why they should trust you. On the first few jobs that matters more than you would think.

The Orloffs.at quote request steps, the real flow behind how a job gets priced

Pricing strategy

How to quote, what to charge, and when to put your prices up. Most new cleaners undercharge for two years and then wonder why the work feels so hard.

One to one, not a group call with forty people typing in a chat. You bring your situation and we work on it.

The Clear View Network page, marked launching soon, the job board for trained cleaners

Clear View Network access

The job board where customers post work and cleaners quote on it. It is being built. View customers are the first in, which means you get access before it opens to anyone else.

Equipment starter guide

Exactly what to buy and what to ignore. Under $200 for all of it. There are no affiliate links in it, so I gain nothing from what you choose.

I have tried dozens of tools and monthly subscriptions over twenty five years. Most of them are loaded with options and features you will never use. I stripped it down to what is actually needed, and you are not paying for any of it monthly.

What it costs to start, honestly.

I am not against franchises. They are real businesses with real support and they suit some people. I am against paying $20,000 for something you can build yourself for a fraction of it.

I am not teaching you from memory. I am teaching you from this morning.

This is for you if:

You have been thinking about it for months and nothing has happened yet
You want your own business, not a job with somebody else's logo on it
You are willing to practise for three or four days before you touch a customer's window
You would rather pay once than pay forever
You want someone to answer the question you have not thought to ask yet

It is not for you if you need money next week. It takes three or four days of practice before the basics are solid, and a while longer before you are fast enough for the work to pay properly. If that is not the timeline you need, this is not the right thing.

$3,499 is a lot of money.

It is. I am not going to soften that, or break it into monthly figures to make it feel smaller.

If it is money you do not have, do not spend it. The Skill is $69, it teaches the technique properly, and it is a real starting point.

What I will say is this. The cheapest franchise on that list is $20,000 dollars and takes a percentage of everything you earn for as long as you trade under their name. This is one payment and the business is yours. Whether that is worth it depends on whether you are actually going to do it, and only you know that.

1

You apply.

Write and tell me where you are and what you are hoping for. A few sentences is plenty.

2

We talk.

If it looks like a fit, we speak properly before you pay anything.

3

You learn the hands.

The Manifesto, the AR trainer, the course. Three or four days of real practice before you go anywhere near a customer.

4

We set the business up.

A backend system ready to run. CRM, invoicing, expenses, budgeting tables. A frontend website ready to go live for your location. SEO-optimized content, competitor analysis, converting blogs to get you started, GMB setup directions, an SEO checklist, and a social media content machine.

5

You get your first customer.

Through the Network when it opens, by knocking on doors, or through somebody who watched you working. View customers are first in the queue for Network access. Then you do it again.

The View

$3,499

One payment, or split across a few.

Everything above is included and there is nothing to pay afterwards. No royalties, no percentage, no licence fee. What you build is yours.

Things people ask me before they apply.

Is this a course?

No. A course would end when the videos do. The View ends when you have a business that actually works. Some of it is on you and it is local: registering, getting insured, setting your prices, getting equipped. I walk you through every one of those steps so you are not guessing, and I give you somewhere to find your first customers. The training is inside it. It is not the whole of it.

How long before I am earning?

Three or four days of practice before the basics are solid. After that it depends entirely on how quickly you go out and find people, which is the part I cannot do for you. I will not give you a number, because anybody who does is guessing.

Do I need experience?

No. I had none in Melbourne in 1999. What you do need is the patience to be bad at it for a few days before you are good at it.

What if I already clean windows?

Then you may not need this. If you already have customers and you are earning, The Skill at $69 will sharpen your technique for a great deal less money. Write to me and I will tell you honestly which one you want.

Why is there no buy button?

Because at this price I would rather know who you are first. It is one email, and it comes to me.

What happens if it does not work?

The application is the answer to this question. Before you pay anything, we speak. I read what you sent me, and if it looks like a fit, we have a proper conversation about your situation. I am looking for the same thing you are: to be sure this is the right fit before any money moves. If I am not sure, I say so. After that, you have the full training, a one-to-one session with me, and first access to the Network when it opens. What I cannot do for you is do the work. But if you show up and do it, I am there for every question along the way.

How you are protected before you pay.

The protection here is at the front, not the back.

You apply, and I read it myself. Before any money changes hands, we have a real conversation. You ask what you need to ask. I tell you honestly whether I think this is the right thing for you right now.

If it is not, I say so. I would rather say that before you spend anything than have you spend it and find out afterwards.

Not sure yet? Start with The Skill at $69. Clean a few windows. Find out whether you actually enjoy the work. If you come back for The View after that, the $69 comes off the price.

Not ready yet? Start with The Skill at $69. The credit above applies when you come back.
