The Skill and The Standard: my results guarantee

I stand behind the training. Work through it, practise the technique on your own windows, and send me your before and after photos. If you have genuinely done the work and still cannot get streak-free, professional results, email me within 30 days of your purchase and I will refund you in full.

The one condition is simple: you have to have actually done it. If the steps were never opened and the technique was never practised, there is nothing to refund. That keeps the guarantee real for the people who show up and put the work in.

The View: a commitment, not a course

The View is not a program you return. It is a commitment to get you to a working window cleaning business. Because it is hands-on work we finish together, The View is non-refundable. What you have instead is my word that we do not stop until you have a business that works.

Immediate access and your cancellation right

Orloff's training is a digital product you get access to straight away. When you buy and start immediately, you are asking for instant access and agreeing to waive the standard 14-day cancellation period that would otherwise apply. You confirm this at checkout. Your 30-day results guarantee still stands on top of that.

How to request a refund

Email office@orloffs.com from the address you bought with, include your order details and your before and after photos. I will confirm and refund to your original payment method, in the currency you paid (USD). Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
